Are VAT and corporate tax included?
Quarterly VAT preparation and lawful submission support are included in Growth and Complete, not Essentials. CT returns, annual statements and tax registrations are separate; eligible subscribers receive the published rates.
How does annual payment work?
Twelve months cost 11 times the agreed monthly fee, with standard onboarding included. Monthly billing has a separate AED 1,000 onboarding fee.
How is the fee confirmed?
Fixed prices cover the stated standard service. Starting prices and specialist work require a scope review and written quote before payment.
Do subscribers receive benefits?
See the plan comparison for included work and subscriber rates. Benefits apply to the same entity and agreed period. Annual-statement discounts require completed MERAKI-maintained books. CT returns use the published annual-revenue tiers.
What if work is already included?
We reconcile your plan, packages and prior paid work so the same deliverable is not charged twice.
Can we discuss the route first?
The introductory discussion is complimentary. A detailed document or technical review is separately agreed; the optional AED 200 document-readiness review is credited once against MERAKI fees for the same entity and matter, with no expiry.
