Terms and pricing information

Published prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT where applicable. Fixed prices cover the stated standard work; starting prices and quote-only services require scope confirmation. No website selection creates an order or payment obligation.

Government fees

Licence, visa, FTA, ministry and other government charges are passed on at cost with receipts and are never included in our fees.

Plans and benefits

Annual payment covers twelve months at 11 times the agreed monthly fee, with standard onboarding included. Monthly billing has separate AED 1,000 onboarding. Plan inclusions and subscriber rates apply to the agreed entity and work; annual-statement discounts require completed MERAKI-maintained books for the period. CT returns use the published annual-revenue fee tiers. Engagement-specific arrangements are agreed before proceeding.

Overlapping work

Quarterly and monthly VAT routes, nil returns and SBR versus standard CT are alternatives for the same period. Included plan or package deliverables are not charged again. Any replacement or additional work is reconciled in the proposal.

Corrections

Routine support allowances do not limit correction of MERAKI-caused errors or create an extra charge for those corrections.

Payment and cancellation

Before you agree, your proposal explains payment dates, any notice period and how cancellation or unused prepayments are handled. Additional work and external costs require advance agreement.

Optional document-readiness review

A paid AED 200 review is credited once against the remaining MERAKI fee for the same entity or applicant and matter, without expiry. Credit does not offset government or third-party charges; it is not an automatic cash refund. Selecting a review is not evidence that it has been paid.

Specialist delivery

Any appointed provider, responsibilities, scope and fees are confirmed before proceeding. Separate approval for the identified provider and document sharing is obtained where required; an enquiry does not create a professional appointment.

Calculators, estimators and guides give general estimates based on published rules. They are not advice for your situation and do not create a client relationship.

Engagement

Our work is governed by a signed engagement letter, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
