Common questions
About backlog accounting.
Is the backlog starting price per month?
No. The published starting fee is per scoped project, not a hidden per-month charge. The quote reflects the periods, record condition and reporting needed.
What do the catch-up packages add?
The six- and twelve-month options add annual statements for the agreed financial year and an eligible SBR return. These included items are counted once, not added again as separate fees.
What if SBR is not available?
We assess the actual return route and quote the replacement CT work within the package. We do not stack an SBR charge and a standard CT charge for the same return.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
