No. An approved certifying body reviews the application and issues the certificate. MERAKI prepares and coordinates the agreed supporting work.
Is the audit included in the starting fee?
No. Any required independent audit is separately appointed and priced. Existing completed accounts are reviewed to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Will you share our records with a third party?
Only after the provider, purpose, role, scope and fees are confirmed and you give the separate consent needed for that appointment.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
