Is renewal included in an accounting plan?
No. The renewal-support professional fee and authority charges are separate. Existing accounting work is not a free-renewal entitlement.
Does renewal include changes to shareholders?
No. Amendments are separately scoped; any associated ownership-register work is identified in the proposal.
Why can renewal differ from year-one setup?
Promotions, premises, visa allocations and card validity can change the costs. We check the actual renewal offer rather than promise the original formation price.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
