About mainland setup.
Is premises rent included in the formation fee?
No. Enter a premises allowance in the setup calculator and replace it with an actual quotation before proceeding. Suitable premises and licence requirements depend on the activity.
Is bank support an extra fee?
Standard bank KYC and application coordination are included in mainland formation. Bank charges and complex additional work remain separate.
Can all activities use the same price?
No. Starting fees assume an agreed straightforward scope. Regulated activities, complex ownership and additional approvals require a tailored proposal.
How is the fee confirmed?
The fee table distinguishes fixed standard services, starting fees and work requiring a quote. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and any external charges before you proceed.
